Golden Valley High School Home

Principal's Message

Golden Valley High School is an outstanding school. It is a privilege to be part of a school which has established itself in academic and co-curricular activities since opening our doors in 2004.  I truly believe students who are involved in school perform better academically.  Those making the commitment become contributors to the pride that exists here at our beautiful and contemporary campus.  There are ample opportunities of involvement here at Golden Valley.

We believe all students can achieve and reach their goals.  As a professional staff we understand that we are here for student success as well as student safety.  We strive to improve in these areas to better serve our community and school.  We are proud to see the outstanding school spirit and citizenship within our community.  The 2023-24 school year marks 20 years of our doors being open.  We are pleased to be recognized as a US News and Review National Best High School for the last seven years.  This recognizes Golden Valley as one of the top schools in the nation.

Golden Valley is a great place to be a high school student.  Our parents have opportunities to be as involved as they choose.  Our staff is dedicated to our community and student learning.  We do everything with a smile and true sense of enjoyment.  Diversity is our strength.  Unity is our goal.  When you walk onto our campus you can feel the respect of one another on our beautiful campus.

 With Grizzly Pride,
 Sal Frias
